The English harbour East Harbour Authority has a Part-Time Supervisor at the harbour.  The harbour does accept yachts and pleasure crafts and welcome former and new vessel owners each year. 

The depth of the water around the wharf is 12.5 ft at low or normal tides.  The harbour has a fresh water supply but no accessible hookups, bathroom facilities, washer/dryer or showers.  Garbage containers and recycling containers are available as is waste oil disposal.  The harbour does have shore power but there is presently no WI-FI.
